Thanks for your feedback, we understand how disappointing it is when the product isn’t what you were expecting. We do offer both inside and outside application options for our window decals. Based on our review of your order, the outside application option was selected at checkout. Regarding the size, your order was placed for the 5" x 5" option, which is our smallest standard size. We currently offer 10 standard sizes, and a custom size option is also available if you’re looking for something larger. While the decal can be repositioned during initial application, it’s not recommended to remove and reapply it frequently, as this may affect adhesion and overall quality.
