No QA/QC Before Shipment—Final Product Didn’t Match Approved Design

I ordered a custom license plate from Vistaprint and was really disappointed with the final product. The color scheme looked nothing like what I approved during the design process. What appeared on screen was clear and well-balanced, but what arrived was off in tone and contrast to the point that it didn’t resemble the original design.
This wasn’t a minor variation—it was a noticeable difference that completely changed the look and feel of the plate. When you’re ordering something custom, especially something visual, you expect the final product to match what you signed off on. That didn’t happen here.
Overall, the quality control and color accuracy were lacking, and it left me feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I would be cautious about ordering custom items if color precision matters to you.

Colors are a bit softer than I would prefer but the overall quality is good. Much better to look at than the holes already drilled into the front of my car. Custom options for hole placement would be nice.
