We're sorry the design did not turn out as expected on the metal sign. The size of the metal sign is 3" x 8"; however, a round image was uploaded to it, which would not fit the size of the sign. For a better result, recommend uploading an image that matches the size of the sign. We are happy to provide you with a free replacement order. Please upload a new design, save it, and then reply to this email/message. Once we've received your response, we'll review and proceed with the new order if possible.
