Damaged in Shipping

I ordered a poster. The poster itself looks great except for the giant creases that run the length of the poster from damage in shipping. This is likely the result of poor packaging and rough treatment in shipping. VistaPrint was quick to replace it and am waiting on the replacement poster. Hopefully it will arrive undamaged.

The quality of the product it good but a lot of the corners were damaged on my posters so that was pretty disappointing especially for the size of the order.
