I live in a small town, and before discovering VistaPrint, I even went to a local Office Depot for help placing an order. Unfortunately, they told me my design was too large and couldn’t assist with adjusting it, which meant my business cards would have been cut improperly—even though I had designed a beautiful gold border around them. When I placed my orders with VistaPrint, I was worried about running into the same issue. Unfortunately, my designs didn’t extend to full bleed, which would have resulted in white edges on the final product. Thankfully, Windy noticed the problems right away and went above and beyond to fix it. She carefully adjusted my designs to ensure everything printed perfectly—no white edges, just the clean, professional look I wanted. On top of that, I had accidentally placed two separate orders and was charged duplicate shipping fees. Windy kindly helped combine the situation by replacing my order at no extra cost and even credited me back for the additional shipping fee. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
