We are pleased to hear that the size and quality of the banner met your expectations, but we are very sorry that the printed images appeared pixelated and blurry. We understand how disappointing it is when the final product doesn't seem to match the preview you approved. Upon reviewing the banner design in our studio, the images used are indeed low-resolution, which caused the pixelated outcome. While an image might look clear on a small screen or a smaller printed product, the quality decreases significantly as it is scaled up to a large format, such as a 33" x 81" banner. This loss of detail is visible in the design studio when zooming in on the layout. For the best results on a reprint, we highly recommend updating your design with high-resolution images (300 dpi).
