Disappointed with Retractable Banner Purchase

Invested in 2 of the "Elite" retractable banners with silver base and chrome magnetic caps. I loaded the banners into vehicle using the carrying case strap they came with. When carrying retractable banners from vehicle to inside venue one of the carrying case straps broke on one side, causing the heavy-duty retractable banner case to hit the concrete ground. I went inside the venue and opened the carrying case and found that the brand-new banner had a cracked chrome magnetic cap (see video). I'm disappointed that I spent the extra money to get the "Elite" base, and the carrying bag broke, cracking the banner chrome end cap before I could even use it once. I would very much like to get a replacement magnetic end cap and carrying bags sturdy enough to withstand the weight of the retractable banners. See additional picture taken of the cracked chrome cap and bag after I made it back from event; showing that the strap appeared to have failed from inside stitching. If this is made right by Vistaprint I will remove review.
