Design Gallery: Retractable Banners

I love the design vinyl itself that's why I gave it 2 stars however ....... the very first time I used my premium banner for a trade show, it fell over and the support pole bent. Because of this the banner will not stay standing but leans and falls over when we put it up. I contacted customer support with my issue to try to get a replacement support pole. (The support pole is a separate pole that you hook in and is not connected to the stand or banner itself, literally just a pole and a clip. Customer service said my only two option was to buy a new banner, that is ridiculous. He literally said it has to come in a complete set. I am not understanding why they can't just send me a replacement pole or even give me a discount to buy a replacement pole.

Used at a huge special event and an outdoor booth first three days we had it.

The banner looks great! So easy to design and with quick delivery it was easy to get ready for an upcoming event.

These are high quality, easy to setup and store in their own case. We purchased three to be used together as one image for our backdrop for a upcoming tradeshow. I was concerned about the heading as it spanned over two banners, but the trim came out perfectly.

Turned out great! I was little worried about the image resolution, but it looks great. Very professional and exactly what I hoped it would be. The actual banner itself is easy to put together, and I appreciate that it also came with a storage bag.
