Not going to call the banner delicate, but you do have to be careful with it. We're now on our second one in a year and a half. If you aren't careful sliding it back down, it will fray on the edges and the case to keep it in can easily tear. Instead of keeping it with our gear, we've resorted to stash it in the back seat so it doesn't get as damaged. Otherwise, we're pleased with it. The artwork came designed and the banner arrived faster than anticipated. The first use of our newest one, we had a number of people come up and compliment on it, and we've had a number of others in our industry start to use them or ask where we get ours. Not sure we'll get two years out of it, but we'll try.

I spent $171 on this retractable banner and what a waste. Very Cheap aluminum was used to make this. The polse bends easy from the force of the wind and the box the bannere rolls up in is so cheap it has no weight to help keep the banner from blowing over. Total waste of money

The banner was a nice quality, and the color was nice. I plan to use it often, so I didn’t include a date or names. I did include the organization logo.
