We regret to hear that the printing on the table runner is blurry and that the colors are not as expected. Upon reviewing the order, we found that the resolution for the image is too low. We recommend that you increase the resolution to 300 dpi or higher. You may also try converting the file to a high resolution format. Once this is done, please re-upload the image and reply to this email/message, so we can review and proceed with the new order if possible.

To help set clear expectations for the final design, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the Live 3D preview and the PDF proof before placing an order. These tools provide the most accurate representation of how your design elements will appear once printed, including alignment and spacing. Upon checking your submitted design, we noted that some of the images were not perfectly aligned within the template, and a few appeared slightly shifted due to differences in scale and positioning. For your future order, you may consider making the necessary adjustments to align and scale the images more consistently. Once updated, you are welcome to reorder at your convenience for an improved result. We appreciate your feedback, and hope this clarifies your concern. Add a blank tablecloth under your runner – the right color or pattern will make your design really pop.

You can choose from 3-, 5- or 8-day shipping at checkout.

Our standard material is 5.1 oz., provides good print quality. Our new premium material is 6.4 oz., with superior print vibrancy.

We don’t recommend ironing your table runner, as applying direct heat may cause the material to burn, melt or become damaged. However steaming is a great way to freshen up your table runner.
