For best results during application, we recommend cleaning the wall first with a damp cloth and allowing it to fully dry so the surface is dust-free. Gently peel the decal from its backing and apply it starting from one side, using your hands or a squeegee to slowly smooth it down as you go. This can help minimize air bubbles and improve placement. We also recommend handling carefully when removing the decal from its border to avoid stretching. That said, we completely understand that this did not resolve your experience in this case, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have arranged a replacement for you to make this right.
