Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear that there was damage to your walls from the decal. This experience will be forwarded to the relevant team. As shared in the FAQs, the decal adhesive is low tack and won’t damage your wall or paint if removed correctly. To reposition your decal, start removing from one corner and slowly peel away from the wall. If the decal is removed too quickly, it might damage your paint. Don’t apply your decal to recently painted walls. We understand your disappointment, and have sent an email providing assistance.
