The cutting was uneven and not clean and the printing was awful. The product was unusable and it seemed as if no one looked at it before shipping it.

Upon reviewing the design in our editing studio we found the image uploaded has a low resolution, therefore, the printing would be blurry, and the right side is closer to the edge than the left. This would also result in uneven borders. We want to help make this right and have provided a resolution to your account. A follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. For best results, we suggest requesting a high-resolution image from your designer, ideally in PDF format. This will allow you to use the image in larger documents without distortion. We also suggest checking the alignment each time you upload an artwork to guarantee it prints evenly. If you need assistance with your design quality, we provide design services that you can access through this link: www.vistaprint.com/design. In addition, our website is self-service and automated, as such, your design will be printed as ordered. We trust this will be helpful.
