LOVED: The printing was great. The thickness of the high quality pvc/vinyl was great. The texture was professional. The backing peeled off easily. HATED: The product description said ". . . scratch-resistant PVC-plastic that’s easy to remove and reposition. " WRONG! Nothing could be further from the truth! When applying, it sticks SO TIGHT at the slightest touch. . . there's NO WAY TO lift and reposition. . . NO WAY to squeeze out any accidental bubbles. . . NO WAY to remove and reapply to straighten. Once it touches the wall (or any other surface) it's THERE FOREVER! --- Well, it can be removed, with great effort. . . BUT THE EFFORT TO REMOVE IT (for a simple repositioning) also STRETCHES AND DESTROYS the vinyl/pvc. When the product description said "Removable, reusable and repositionable" it led me to believe it had a light adhesive that would allow for gentle corrections and reapplication after being lifted and smoothed. That's NOT the case. --- On the positive side, if you are skilled enough to place this perfectly the first time. . . it will stay securely. But what Vistaprint calles "repositionable" is what I call "permanent". Just a word to the wise.

We understand how disappointing it must have been for the product to not behave as expected, especially when described as removable and repositionable. Your experience with the adhesive being too strong and difficult to adjust is not what we want for our customers, and we appreciate you highlighting this. For best results during application, we recommend cleaning the wall first with a damp cloth and allowing it to fully dry so the surface is dust-free. Gently peel the decal from its backing and apply it starting from one side, using your hands or a squeegee to slowly smooth it down as you go. This can help minimize air bubbles and improve placement. We also recommend handling carefully when removing the decal from its border to avoid stretching. That said, we completely understand that this did not resolve your experience in this case, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have arranged a replacement for you to make this right. The order number is the same as the initial order, and you may track it from the order history or shipment notification email.

We recommend cleaning your wall first with a damp cloth. Once it’s dust-free and dry, gently peel your wall decor sticker from its paper backing. Apply to the wall starting on one side, using your hands to slowly smooth the decal as you go. Our custom sizes and shapes, including circles and ovals, come with a border. Please handle carefully when removing your decal from its border.

Our decals are made of PVC-free white plastic.

With proper care and placement, your wall decor decal should last 1-2 years. You can remove your decal for storage. If you’re planning to do so, we recommend you hold onto the original backing.

You can easily remove your wall sticker for storage. If you’re planning to do so, hold on to the original backing and place the decal back into it. Avoid creasing, rolling tightly and laying heavy objects on the decal. We don’t recommend storing your decal long term.

The decal adhesive is low tack and won’t damage your wall or paint if removed correctly. To reposition your decal, start removing from one corner and slowly peel away from the wall. If the decal is removed too quickly, it might damage your paint. Don’t apply your decal to recently painted walls.

Gently wipe your wall decal with a damp cloth, making sure not to saturate it with water.
