Yes, we make sure that these signs are ready to brave the elements. They’re made of fade- and weather-resistant corrugated plastic that can withstand rain and snow. You can get even more protection with a scratch-resistant, glossy coating – available before checkout.
If you have your yard sign and a stand ready, you can set up an outdoor display in 90 seconds or less. Here’s how:
1. Prep: Unfold the metal prongs on the top of your stand, so that they are sticking straight up.
2. Stake: Line up the stand and put your foot on the crossbar. Push down until the stand is 5" in the ground.
3. Attach: Put the stand prongs into holes along the sign’s bottom edge. Make sure the sign is centered.
4. For larger sizes: For 48" x 48", 48" x 72" and 48" x 96" sizes, purchase wooden or u-channel sign posts at your local hardware store and anchor them into your yard. Then, attach your yard sign to the posts using screws or nails.
Since these sizes are so large, we score and fold them so they’re easy to pack and ship. You’ll be able to easily unfold them to their original width.
We also don’t recommend hanging these larger sizes. Instead, purchase wooden or U-channel sign posts at your local hardware store and anchor them into your yard. Then, attach your yard sign to the posts using screws or nails.
Our grommets are .55" metal rings to hang your sign on fences or poles. They’re available on the following rectangular yard signs only: 5" x 18", 6" x 18", 6" x 24", 6" x 30", 9" x 12", 9" x 24", 12" x 18", 18" x 24", 18" x 27" 18" x 30", 24" x 24", 24" x 30", and 24" x 36". If you add grommets, we'll drill holes along the edge of each corner for extra durability.
