The 4'x4' sign was "scored" in the back and folded in half. The box was almost big enough to ship as a whole. Surely there is a way to send this without the cutting the board. I had to create a middle support across the posts and additional washers/grommets to keep the sign flat. This should have been noted in the product details that the sign would be cut. I made it work, but was disappointed. Color and overall print look good.
