Bad Color Representation

Custom note card cover side looks nothing like the source image or the digital proof. Poor color and extremely poor contrast. Not just lack of luminosity on paper; poor yellow/grey, with black details covering adjacent bright areas that are otherwise very luminous, almost like the printing is lower DPI than advertised. Grey is very, very poorly represented. Black regions appear bluish on one segment of the card in comparison to black regions with the same YMC value elsewhere on the card.
