Lamentamos que el texto te haya resultado demasiado pequeño cuando recibió el sello. Nuestro objetivo era ofrecerle algo que le resultara útil, por supuesto. Nos gustaría señalar que no revisamos los archivos que utilizan nuestros clientes y que lo imprimimos todo según la confirmación del cliente. Todo está completamente automatizado. Al revisar los detalles en su cuenta, vemos que se puso en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente al respecto y que le ajustaron el diseño y le enviaron otro sello que ya recibió el 5 de mayo. Si el problema persiste en este nuevo sello, rogamos que nos mande una foto en la que aparezcan ambos sellos. Si le parece más práctico que sea un corto vídeo, se lo agradeceremos.
