The signature stamp was terrible. Even though I had it covering the screen, the produced product was almost so small you couldn't read it which rendered it unusable.

It is very disappointing to hear that your signature stamp arrived smaller than you anticipated, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. We understand that seeing the design cover your screen can be misleading; however, the design interface often appears zoomed in for ease of editing, which may make the artwork look much larger than the physical 0.83" x 2.24" placeholder. Upon reviewing your file, we noted that the signature was not fully maximized within those dimensions, resulting in the small output you described. We recommend maximizing your design within the placeholder to ensure the largest possible result, though it is important to keep the compact size of the stamp in mind when finalizing the layout. As a courtesy, we have edited the design for you and processed a replacement to ensure the signature is as large and legible as the stamp allows. The order number is the same as the initial order, and you may track it from the order history or shipment notification email.
