Could you please share a clear photo of the received stamp, especially showing the top plate and the alignment issue? This will help us review the concern more accurately and assist you with the appropriate resolution. Kindly also be informed that, as stated during the design process on our website, the top plate of the stamp is intentionally left blank. This is designed to allow users to personalize it by stamping their own image or label. Once we receive the photo, we’ll be able to further assist you right away.
