Had a difficult time ordering on my own. Had to have assistance to place the order online. Don't like that the stamp came without the label on the top. It was just plain on the top. Also, if I push too hard on the stamp it makes a black mess around the signature.

We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the stamp coming without a label on top and the smudging that occurs if pressed too hard. As stated on the product page, we suggest that the decoration/design should fill as much of the stamp area as possible. Consider using a frame around your design to avoid smudging. Also, please note that you can customize your own label using the blank label included with your stamp. Simply remove the paper, stamp it, and place it back in the display for easy reference. We appreciate your feedback and hope these tips help improve your experience with your stamp.
