We’re extremely sorry to hear that the Notebooks that you have received do not have the "lined" pages. We understand how disappointed you are with these outcomes; this is not at all the Vistaprint experience we want you to have. Upon checking, prior to designing your Notebooks, on the product page, you will have the option to choose Filler Paper if you want Lined or Blank. Also, this information is available on your shopping cart prior to checkout. For some unknown reason, this was missed out during ordering process. Furthermore, we highly recommend always checking the product you're trying to order before checkout to ensure the correctness of the actual order. We realize that this might not be the best answer you are expecting, but we hope that you still feel our genuine intentions to help.
