To clarify, the gold and silver elements in your design were images intended to mimic the look of metallic colors and are not an actual physical finish that contains sparkles or glitter. For future orders where you want a true shimmering effect, we recommend trying out our embossed foil finishes or glitter foil options, which provide a textured, metallic shine.
To help us better understand how your invitations turned out, please share a few images of the actual invites you received by responding directly to this email. Once we have those photos, we will be happy to look into this further for you.
