I would normally give them a 4. 5 star review, but they also deserve a 6 star review. Confusing, I know. Not sure why our preaddressed envelopes were sent with the addresses placed so high that even the post office told me they were potentially going to cause a lot of trouble. 4 stars right there. I called and the assistant on the phone was polite and immediately refunded my money and gave me options. Since we were on a time crunch, I went with ordering online and received replacement envelopes a day later. I do calligraphy, so I enjoyed addressing 60 envelopes. They turned out lovely. 5 stars for instantly responding with options. Then I realized that somehow, despite being careful in ordering, our invites were double sided. I checked the order when it arrived and never thought to look on the backside of the invite. This made me want to drop the stars back to 4 again. We were super careful, but there it was, the checked off box in the very last edit for double-sided. So I called in a panic at 8pm PST, not knowing how to resolve this. The assistant was super helpful. She assured me that they would be reprinted and in my hand in two days and no charge as this was my first order. They were at my house in two days. Bless her. 6+stars right there. The invites turned out beautiful. I would suggest to all novice people to either clip or tie that small card to the large card. Also ignore the bride or others and include the registry on the large card. It has caused confusion. Overall, I would absolutely use VistaPrint again. Excellent service, professional, and quality products.

I ordered wedding shower invitations and envelopes. I received them sooner than promised and was extremely happy with the quality of the design, print color, and weight of the paper. It was very user friendly to input the information, especially to a novice on the computer. I will definitely use this service again!

The invitation is pretty but the back was crooked. I had needed help and worked with someone there and they reviewed the update and said everything looked great and was straight and it wasn’t. I was really bummed.
