While some variation between on-screen colors and printed results can occur due to differences between digital displays and print processes, we understand that the difference you experienced appears to be more significant than expected. We’ll be sure to share your feedback and the provided photos with our Quality Team for further review. To help resolve this for you, a replacement has been processed to ensure you receive the quality you expect. This will arrive on or before August 31, 2026, using the same order number. There’s no need to return the original items. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. Our products are printed exactly as the design file is submitted, without making changes to the artwork. In this case, it appears that the bleed and crop lines were included within the printable area of the file and were approved during the design review process, which is why they were included in the final print.
