The quality and tracking of progress for ordering our business cards was tops. Plus we received some nice discount coupons for future orders inside the box. The only thing is it took way too long to set up our tax exempt account - for some reason, they (or bots) kept thinking our form didn't meet their requirements - but it had all the required elements - it took multiple communications to get this cleared up, which made our order delayed internally. Now that we're set up though, I believe things will go much more smoothly.
