Border issues

Maybe I’m asking too much. Maybe I need to go to another company. I have a deep purple 16th of an inch border on my rounded corner square card. You don’t seem to be able to get it cut so it is on CENTER. It comes out with a 1/32 of an inch on one side and 3/32 of an inch border on the other side. This was an issue with the last batch of cards I ordered Last time you reprinted them, but still got it wrong. You ended up refunding my order. I don’t want the refund. I want my order right. I’ll stick with what I got, and go with another company next time, and see how well they can do. It seems like in this day of technology. Somebody should be able to get it right.

For future orders, we recommend avoiding thin borders close to the edge, as they are the most sensitive to trimming variation. Increasing the border thickness or incorporating it further into the design (away from the trim edge) can help create a more consistent appearance. Another option is to use a full-bleed background without a defined border. We would also recommend utilizing the digital proof option that's available to you from the design studio to ensure the image design is to your satisfaction before processing your order.
