We would like to clarify that our Premium Plus Business Cards are printed on an 18pt paper stock, which is designed to provide a noticeably thicker, heavier, and sturdier feel compared to our standard options in both Matte and Glossy. The upgrade is specifically for the thickness and durability of the cardstock rather than a different surface finish. If you feel that the cards you received are not noticeably thicker or if you suspect you may have received the wrong stock, please reply directly to this email with a few photos of the cards (including a side-profile view of the edge thickness if possible).
