There is a little white spot on the face every single one of my cards. They will need to be remade. Also, lacks color vibrancy and detail. Very upsetting!

Most customers say the card surface feels like velvet or suede. It also has a smooth, matte finish.

Yes, but a regular ballpoint pen won’t work very well. We recommend using a permanent marker pen for the best results.
