Blurry and not crisp

The process of set up seemed so easy and I was very excited to get my cards. However, my logo was blurry in print but did not appear so in the preview and the wording looked light and not crisp. It looks like I printed them on my home computer. Sadly, I will not be handing them out to clients and they will likely go in the garbage.
