Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that this batch of business cards wasn't your favorite and that they did not turn out as well as your previous orders. We understand it was more difficult to get them exactly the way you wanted this time around, and we regret the frustration this process has caused. We would like to advise that on your My Projects page, there is a "Copy" or "Duplicate" option available for your saved designs. However, because your uploaded artwork is a flattened image file, updating or editing individual elements—like changing a photo or text details directly in our design studio—is not possible on that file. To create cards for another team member, you will need to upload a completely new, separate artwork file containing their specific desired details. Regarding how the current batch of cards turned out physically, we would like to look into this with our quality team. Could you please reply directly to this email and share a few clear images of the cards you received? Once we see the print results, we will review what happened and find the best way to assist you.
