Upon reviewing the artwork file associated with your order, we can see that the uploaded design has a low resolution, and the finer details appear unsharpened and soft even within the design studio preview. Because our printing process is fully automated, our presses reproduce uploaded artwork exactly as submitted without manual alterations. When a file lacks sufficient pixel density, it naturally translates into a soft or blurry finish once printed. We want to help ensure you get the sharp, professional results you envisioned. Could you please reply directly to this email and attach a higher-quality version of your artwork created at 300 DPI or higher at actual print size, or as a vector file? Once our team receives your updated file, we will be glad to review it and assist you with the next steps to achieve a crisp, clear print.
