Floppy. Looks like a conductors hat when on

The fabric is super thin and the way that the seams are sewn across the top makes it form a square when on your head. It looks like a train conductor's hat. Very unhappy with the final product. The image of the hat on Vistaprint is deceiving. I cannot use these as promo products.
