Good hat - embroidery needs work

The quality and color of the hat are good. The stitch quality of my logo was sub par and the “i” in my company name looks too much like a lowercase L. The hiker on my logo lacks clear definition. The digital mock up looked good, but the finished stitching left me underwhelmed.

There is too much fabric on the hat. Since it’s non-structured, all of this extra fabric bunches up on top of the head. It is unwearable to be honest.

If misleading or false advertising ever had a picture in the dictionary this product would be it. Absolute complete disappointment. As a professional who spends 1/2 my work day in the field during hot sunny days, and also enjoys hitting the links on the weekends this hat would not be covering my head. I've seen street window washers on the corner with better quality hats than this one. It would make a fun gag gift at an X-mas party or something where you just know it's hitting the trash can in under 10 seconds. Do better, in either photo presentation (more truthful and accurate) or textual description. For example this hat will be delivered in an envelope and looks like it has been run over on a freeway for several days.
