We are glad to hear you find the hats themselves comfortable, but we sincerely apologize that the embroidery and placement did not meet your expectations. Upon checking your order, we found that the uploaded design included a very thin black outline on the letters. Because embroidery involves physical stitching, such fine details often do not render properly, which is why the border did not quite reach the outside edges of the gold. Regarding the alignment and the height of the image on the hat, we would be glad to address those issues for you. To ensure a better result, please respond to this email with a revised version of your logo that features a thicker black outline. Additionally, please ensure the design does not include unnecessary black linings inside the letters, as these will not be recognized or captured clearly in the embroidery process. Once we receive the updated artwork, we will be happy to take the necessary actions to make this right for you and the other company founders.
