We are glad to hear that you are pleased with the quality of the Nike® Dri-FIT Legacy Cap itself, but we are truly sorry that the logo turned out smaller than you anticipated and is difficult to read. To provide a bit of insight, this specific cap has a maximum designated embroidery and print area of 2" x 4.5". We're unable to print outside of these structural dimensions and are made to fit completely within that zone while preserving the original proportions of your artwork. We always want your branding to stand out exactly as you envision it, so we have noted your feedback regarding the visibility and sizing for our production and design templates.
