Incorrect Logo Color

I received my hat, and the logo was supposed to be burnt orange, but the logo on the hat was red. The business cards correctly represented the burnt orange of my logo, but the hat was incorrect. I even submitted a complaint through the Vistaprint purchasing portal (with pictures) detailing out this error, and Vistaprint never responded. I selected the option for Vistaprint to reach out to me via phone (it was the recommended method) and received a message saying they would call within minutes but never heard back. I feel like there is no way for Vistaprint to get this error corrected without me purchasing another hat, but I do not want to risk paying $60 for a hat only to receive it incorrect again.
