The hats are comfortable but not the highest quality. The pull tab to tighten doesn’t have a pocket to tuck into so when you pull it all the way tight you have a 4” tail stick off the hat and the tightest it goes is to like a medium sized hat. The patch came out pretty good but kind of pulled I think due to the stretchiness of the fabric. All around decent hat but will look for better for a next order.

Don't use a detailed logo!!!

I uploaded a logo and was told it was too detailed for the hat, but was provided an alternative that would work. I approved the alternative as it looked to be acceptable.
When I received the hat, the logo was both slanted (not straight up and down) and off-center.
After contacting support, they told me they would remake and ship a new hat to me at no cost, which is why I am giving this review 2 stars rather than 1. The hat itself is decent, but the embroidery on the second hat is marginally better than the first. So, if you have a very detailed logo, I do not recommend trying to put it on this hat.

I wasn't really impressed by the embroidery. It will work. I wouldn't order this product again.
The hat quality itself is fine. Ogio makes good products.
