When I received these hats yesterday I was shocked. The embroidery is absolutely awful. It is hard to see the design, the lettering is different sizes and is tilted/skewed throughout, not to mention it is way too small on the hat itself. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the result.

Having issues with embroidery quality, sizing, and alignment is not the experience we would want for you and we have since completed our checks and recommend using simplified, bold designs, as small text, thin lines, and fine details don’t always embroider well. The fit was comfy and the sizes appropriate (we purchased some Mediums, Larges, and XLs). I was a bit worried that the stitching wouldn't be very clean, but it came out just fine.

I'm a baker and a mom so there are times when my hair is just not getting addressed. But now I have a nice crisp white hat to put on with a matching shirt all from Vista Print!
What was awesome about this ordering process was that Vista Print reached out to me and said there was a problem with the file (basically the flower was too small for the embroidery) and Vista Print sent an adjust file and asked permission to alter the file for the integrity of their product instead of just sending out a botched product. I approved the edit and the hat came out great!
It's just a great feeling for a company to alert you of an issue like that before moving forward. (I used Uprinting in the past and they knew there was an error (file was not a full bleed to edge) with my file and printed anyway)
The hat is a crisp white and the embroidery was a nice touch! Really a flexible band inside and has a very comfy fit! I will definitely order more when needed!
