Not what I expected

While the hat is of average quality, I guess it is fine if you order them in bulk for a cheaper per unit cost. For, me it feels cheap. The bigger disappointment is the quality of the logo. Just not impressed with the overall quality for a simple design.

Changed design and shrunk it

For some reason, VistaPrint changed the coloring in my design and then shrunk it to less than half the size originally designed. It looks terrible.

Not good at all

I designed 2 hats, and thought man that looks amazing! Ordered it and when one of them arrived i was excited opened the box and was very disappointed. It looked nothing like what I designed. The logo was smaller then I had designed, and it was not even the same shape. My logo has a white circle in it and on the hat it is definitely not a circle, the shape is all messed up amd not centered on the hat like I had done when i designed it. I am really hoping my other hat turns out good. Overall I am not very pleased with it at all. Ive had Vista print make my business cards, door hangers, and even a mug they all were great! My hat definitely a 0 out of 10

Changed our logo and ruined the look.

The white background on G logo was removed and diminishes the look of the shirt. We would appreciate you re-running the hat and leaving the white background with the black G.

They can't reproduce the designs made on their own software

After submitting my design from your design software I got multiple emails about changing the design. Each time I got an email I responded and made it clear that if you can not fulfill the order with the original design that I made on YOUR software that you should just refund the order. You did not listen and shipped the product anyway with your version of an updated design. You should not allow your design software to submit a design that you cannot produce. The reason I only ordered 1 was a test to see if you can do it, but clearly you cant. About 80% of my experiences with vista print are negative and this is one of them.
