What size head is this supposed to fit

Way too big no matter how tight you make it too much material buckling up around it
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize that the hat was too large and that the excess material buckled around your head even when adjusted tightly. We understand how frustrating this can be when the fit is not as expected. To help address your concerns, we’ve taken action on your account to address the issue. You’ll receive a separate email with the details.

These hats are amazing! We've used them for multiple shoots in the hot summer days and these stay on perfectly! Not to loose, not to tight, just right adjustments! We love these hats! Definitely recommend for a starting company to invest in these for sure!
