Please note that the material composition of these hats is 65%polyester and 35%$ cotton, which can sometimes react to prolonged sun exposure. Regarding the embroidered logo, you have four lines of text and a logo on top, and please be aware that the more content you include, the smaller the design is reduced to accommodate everything within the limited 1.97"h x 3.54"w placeholder. We strongly recommend reducing your content if you desire a larger output, and we would be more than happy to help you choose a cap or adjust your design if needed. Please provide an image of the hats so that we can check if the fading is out of the ordinary.
