With the enhancement of the Order Tracking Status, you’ll gain real-time tracking updates and a streamlined interface that makes it easier to stay informed about your order’s journey from placement to final delivery.

Order Statuses

You can check the status of your order in Order History and Order Details.
To see which stage your order has reached, click Check status.

Order Placed

Your order has been successfully submitted and is now in the system.

Production started

Manufacturing or preparation of your order has begun.

Production complete

The order is fully prepared and ready for shipping.

Received by carrier

The carrier (e.g., shipping company) has picked up your order for delivery.

Your item is shipping in multiple packages

If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking, so you’ll be able to track each one individually.

Click on each individual package to see the status of the delivery:

In transit

The order is on its way to you, and you can track its movement.

Out for delivery

The package is close to being delivered and is in the final stages of the shipping process.

Delivered

The order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.

Note: You will only be able to view the details of the delivery for the first 90 days after the delivery took place.

These statuses keep you updated every step of the way so you can follow your order’s progress easily.

Delivery delays

If there’s an unexpected delay in getting your package to you, we’ll notify you.

Generic production delays

In case there’s a delay in preparing your order due to production issues, we’ll let you know.

Production delays pending your action

If we need to change the design of your item to produce it with a high quality output, we may need you to review and approve the new design.

Until we receive your approval, the product cannot go into production, which could cause a delay.

These exceptions help you understand when your order might be delayed and give you visibility into the reason.
