Can I quickly format multiple fields identically?

Absolutely! You can quickly copy the style of any text field and apply it to others. This means you don't have to manually adjust font, color, size, and formatting for each text field.

You have two options to do this. You can follow each option below:

Using the mouse, you can copy the style of a selected text by clicking the Copy Style button.

    1. After clicking on the copy style button, the mouse cursor will change to a paint roller :paint-roller:
    2. You can now apply the style by dragging the mouse over the text you want to format and then clicking to paste the style.
    3. The text should now have the same style as you initially selected.

Note: If you click on any element that’s not text, the style won't be applied, and your cursor will return to normal. You'll then need to repeat the copying process from step one.

Using the keyboard shortcut, you may copy the style of a selected text by using the following shortcuts.

  1. Copy the style of the text:
    • macOS: = ⌥Option + ⌘Command + C
    • Windows: = Ctrl + Alt + C
  2.  Apply the style to another text:
    • macOS: = ⌥Option + ⌘Command + V
    • Windows: = Ctrl + Alt + V

Tip: You can do other tasks after copying the style using the keyboard shortcut. You can upload images, click on other areas, and the style will remain in memory ready for paste.
