Absolutely! You can quickly copy the style of any text field and apply it to others. This means you don't have to manually adjust the font, color, size and formatting for each text field.
You have three options to do this. You can follow each option below:
Using the mouse, you can copy the style of a selected text by clicking the Copy Style button from more tools at the end of the toolbar.

- After clicking on the copy style button, the mouse cursor will change to a paint roller
- You can now apply the style by dragging the mouse over the text you want to format and then clicking to paste the style.
- The text should now have the same style as you initially selected.
- After clicking on the copy style button, the mouse cursor will change to a paint roller
Note: If you click on any element that’s not text, the style won't be applied, and your cursor will return to normal. You'll then need to repeat the copying process from step one.
Using the keyboard shortcut, you may copy the style of a selected text by using the following shortcuts.
- Copy the style of the text:

Ctrl + Alt + C

- Apply the style to another text:

Tip: You can do other tasks after copying the style using the keyboard shortcut. You can upload images, click on other areas, and the style will remain in memory, ready for paste.
Using your mobile device, you may follow these steps:
- Tap the text you want the style copied from.
- Once done, tap on the Copy Style button at the bottom of the screen.
- Now that you've copied the style, simply tap on the text you want to format to apply the new style.
- The text should now have the same style as the one you initially selected.
