To ensure high-quality results, we manually review all embroidery designs. If your design doesn’t meet the requirements, we’ll try to adjust it and may contact you with a recommended alternative. If we can’t find a suitable way to adjust your design for embroidery, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.
