All embroidery uploads are manually reviewed for suitability. If an upload is deemed unsuitable for embroidery, and we cannot easily resolve the issue, your order will be canceled and you will be given a refund.
To ensure your design is suitable for embroidery, adhere to the following guidelines:
Ensure text is at least 4 mm high.
Avoid designs with small details.
Avoid using color gradients.
