Why can't past sales tax be refunded?
We’re required by law to collect sales tax on orders placed before a tax-exempt status is applied. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds for sales tax on previous purchases.
What happens once my account is approved?
Once your tax-exempt or reseller status is approved and linked to your account:
Sales tax will no longer be applied to eligible future orders
You’ll automatically see tax-free pricing at checkout
What if I'm still being charged tax?
If you believe your account has already been approved but you’re still seeing sales tax at checkout, please contact us and we’ll review it for you.
