The bookmarks for the novel The Happiest Part of Me came out beautifully and the QR code printed out exactly as designed taking customers directly to the Amazon page!

I’d make this a 4-star review, not 5. They delivered what you approved and met the timeline, but the paid design service should have included basic print-readability guidance. Review title: Responsive Design Service, but Needed More Professional Guidance I paid to work with a member of the design team on a custom bookmark. The designer was responsive, completed the requested revisions, and the finished bookmarks arrived on time. The product also printed exactly as it appeared in the final proof. My only disappointment was that I did not receive enough professional guidance during the design process. I submitted an image showing the look I wanted, and it appears that the design was placed into the bookmark template and adjusted from there. As elements were resized and repositioned, the font became much smaller than I realized it would be on the finished bookmark. Because I am not experienced in print design, I paid for the design service expecting the designer to point out potential issues such as text being too small for comfortable reading. I wish someone had said, “This font may be difficult to read at the final printed size,” before I approved the design. Overall, the team was responsive, the order arrived on time, and the bookmarks matched the proof. I was pleased with the service, but I believe the design experience would be much stronger if designers offered more proactive feedback about readability and how the design will translate from the screen to the actual printed product.
