My order had the information needed, but I was disappointed that the perfferation requested did not have the part tearable. Additionally my request for number sequence was not adhered to, it was 250 tickets with 001 and not numbered in sequence from 001 - 250 as needed.

We also understand your concern regarding the ticket numbering. However, as advised on our website, custom tickets do not support sequential numbering at this time. While the tickets can display a printed number, they cannot be numbered in sequence from 001–250. We understand how this may have caused confusion and apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience.
