Not glossy on both sides

I was under the impression that the business cards, rack cards, and door hangers I ordered would be glossy on both sides and there only glossy on one side. I am not happy about that at all.

We have reviewed the print preview of the design and found that the image and text, especially on the back, are low in resolution. The resolution of your artwork should be 300 DPI. Also, using vector files such as PDF, AI, or SVG is better suited. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed.
