Everything else I've ordered has come out BEAUTIFULLY except for the bags. I wanted a black background, like all of my other orders and the bags came back extremely faded. Think "acid wash jeans". When I reached out, I was told it is because of the material of the bag and a reprint may yield the same results. If that was a potential issue, it should've been flagged before I placed the order and spent so much money on them.

Color can sometimes appear duller in print than on-screen due to differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print). For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors rather than RGB. We have completed our checks and have processed an edited replacement order at no additional cost to you. I ordered business cards, a poster, and gift bags that were supposed to be matching, however they aren't. The bags were a different color and the thenk you was distressed. The poster was bent and they are sending out another one. I don't want to hastle with with the bags, so I will just settle.

You can choose from a small or large print size, or you can opt for our full-print option, which covers every side of the bag. The small and large printing areas are following sizes:

Small Bag:
Small print size: 6.69” x 1.77”
Large print size: 6.69” x 7.28”

Medium Bag:
Small print size: 7.87” x 4.13”
Large print size: 7.87” x 10.2”

Large Bag:
Small print size: 9.44” x 4.92”
Large print size: 9.44” x 11.8”

The heights listed in the options section are the measurement of the big compartment, without handles. The handles on all 3 sizes are 3.54”.

Each of our bags has a 13.2 lb. maximum carrying weight.

Kraft paper bags are generally recyclable and are accepted by many recycling programs. However, the availability of recycling for them may differ depending on your location, so we suggest consulting local recycling points for confirmation.

Yes, you can upload your own logo or design when customizing your kraft bags. However, please note that blank areas in your design will show the natural color of the bag (brown or white kraft). We recommend you use a logo, image or design with at least 300 dpi to get the best quality print. As a tip, single-color designs that cover the entire print area may result in slight blemishes.

Our kraft paper bags are 0.13 mm thick.
