I ordered this in black with gold and it came in a blue with gold.

For projects that require more material, we also have longer options available in 6 yards and 10 yards. Vistaprint's custom ribbon service is something which doesn't have a comparable, affordable competitor anywhere else I've found. So I was glad to find an easy design and print option for this type of product.
The process of getting the final product in my hands wasn't so great. I initially ordered this on a deadline, giving plenty of cushion time for production, and getting expedited shipping to avoid delays. The quoted ship time was well within the time frame I needed the item (a little over a week). The arrival time came and went, with no sign arrival was imminent. I contacted the company and was told there were processing problems, and the arrival date couldn't be predicted. To their credit, my shipping fees were refunded, but the delay continued for two more weeks before the item even shipped.
When it finally did arrive, it was not as ordered. The design was off center and skewed significantly, which to me seems like it would have been obvious to anyone looking at it that it was a misprint. I contacted the company, and to their credit they said they would redo the project at no charge, and gave me an expedited shipping date.
The second time this product arrived, I got what I ordered. The printed color wasn't quite as bold as I was expecting, but it is still passable for what it is. I am overall satisfied with the final product, just not the process it took to get it.
