I thought I ordered a black ribbon with white logo and red and green for Christmas. I was sent very dull Gray ribbon. I have heard so many great reviews about Vistaprint and I wanted you to know that I appreciate the cost and the service but the product really needs to pop- or at least to be what it looks like online. I still plan to use Vistaprint for other marketing products but this was a dud.

I ordered this in black with gold and it came in a blue with gold.
