We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Custom Ribbon. We are sorry to hear that it is hard to read the logo. From our review of the design, we noticed that there was a lot of space around the logo in the design studio. When creating your design, we suggest using the safe margin lines (dotted lines) as a guide for your logo and text placement. Please note that the further away the text or logo is from the lines, the smaller it will be printed. We have increased the size of the logo on the template, so it will be easier to read, and have processed a free replacement order for the ribbon. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account.
