The quality of the mugs for the cost is actually really great. We plan on giving them out for Christmas presents. when they arrived, unfortunately, there was tons of dirt in them. It’s not ideal when giving them to customers or our accounts.

The product itself is great, it's a good value for what you're getting. Colors appear true to the original digital design, and so far it has stood up to 5 cycles in a dishwasher without any fading. My biggest issue is with the design process and software. If you look at the mug with the handle on the right, The far right of the design space gets next to the handle, and the far left of the space gets next to the handle on the opposite side. This does not match AT ALL with the preview functions of the design space. I had enough foresight to talk to the online chat to figure that out. You really just have to use your imagination to figure out where the image will show up, and even then centering and filling the space is tricky. THE PRINT AREA DOES NOT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE HANDLE. I'd estimate there's about an inch of margin. In order for your image to be centered, turn on the grid. The total design space is 7. 5", so each pink box is 1/2". I would leave 2 pink boxes (1 inch) on either side of the center line and push my design all the way to the edges of the left and right the next time I order these, at that point hopefully the designs would be centered.
